I haven’t felt like my best self in a long time. Probably two years. If you have followed me for awhile (and read my captions 😉) you have probably noticed that theme.🥺

The truth is, I have a demanding job and I work really hard. I’ve sacrificed my physical and mental health and it’s time to find a new pattern. Maybe a new job, but definitely a new daily pattern.☺️

I’m not ready to give up so I need to try something new. Maybe that means taking a walk in the morning before work or designating one that I work late. I’m not sure yet but I know I need to feel like myself again. And soon.🥰
